We start where the listing ends.

PrimaCoda doesn't compete with MLS feeds, ATTOM data, or broker-tech bundles — we pick up after the contract is signed. That's why we make a clean integration partner, not a turf war.

Where PrimaCoda fits in the proptech stack

The agent's tech stack has three rough layers — and most vendor wars happen inside one layer at a time. Vendors fight over MLS feed access; vendors fight over CRM seats; vendors fight over forms-and-signatures. PrimaCoda lives in a fourth layer most platforms haven't filled yet: post-signature transaction execution.

Layer Examples PrimaCoda overlap?
Discovery / pre-listing MLS feeds, ATTOM, RESO, lead-gen, CMA tools No. You own this layer.
Listing / showing Showing tools, CRM, marketing automation No. You own this layer.
Forms / signature SkySlope, Dotloop, zipForm, DocuSign Light overlap. We use SignNow but happily route documents to/from these tools.
Post-signature execution Transaction coordinators, deadline tracking, audit Yes. This is our entire surface.

If your platform sells in any of the first three layers, we're additive — not competitive. Our shared customer is the agent or brokerage; you keep them in your tool, we keep them out of trouble.

The MLS-sidestep angle (why we don't fight your battles)

Direct from our positioning playbook

"While other tools fight over MLS data access, PrimaCoda starts where the deal actually lives — the signed contract. No MLS feed required, no licensing battle, just the chaos after 'offer accepted' handled cleanly."

We don't have direct MLS integration today (it's on our roadmap as a downstream auto-fill convenience, not a core dependency). MLS-derived fields are already baked into the signed contract by the time we see it. That means partnerships with MLS-data vendors aren't about merging customer bases — they're about delivering a more complete end-to-end agent experience that doesn't have a "now what?" gap after the contract signs.

What partnership looks like

What you bring

  • Your agent or brokerage customer base
  • An integration surface (webhook out, API in, or a "post-signed-contract" trigger)
  • Co-marketing reach — newsletter slot, blog post, case study, conference speaking slot
  • Optional: data hand-off (signed contract reaches us via your platform's secure pipe)

What we bring

  • Live API, webhook, and MCP server already shipping
  • Documented integration patterns + a 2-week build sprint with our engineering team
  • Co-branded landing page on primacoda.halinc.tech with your logo
  • Rev-share economics on jointly-acquired customers (typically 15–25% Year 1)
  • AEO content lift — we'll cite your platform in our llm.txt and competitor-alternative content where it's truthful

Frequently asked

What kinds of vendors do you partner with?

MLS data providers, RESO-aligned platforms, ATTOM resellers, broker-tech bundles (CRM + marketing + forms), title and escrow tech, lender-side platforms. If your customer is a real-estate professional and your product touches the deal lifecycle, there's likely a partnership.

Are you exclusive to any vendor today?

No. We're in beta with ~10 paying firms. We're explicitly looking for 2–3 strategic vendor partnerships through Q3 2026. First-movers get the better terms.

What's the build timeline for a real integration?

If you have a clean API and we have a clean API, ~2 weeks of joint engineering for a v1. Add 2–3 weeks for marketing assets and a coordinated launch. Faster if we share an integration standard (e.g. RESO).

Are you SOC 2 certified?

No, and we don't claim to be. SOC 2 Type I readiness is in progress (target: Q4 2026 attestation). We're transparent about this — it gates franchise-level deals, not solo-or-small-team adoption. If your enterprise partnership requires SOC 2 today, we're a fit for Q4 2026 onward.

What's the smallest viable partnership?

A co-marketing pilot — joint blog post, joint webinar, mutual customer intro flow — with no integration build. We've done that and it works for both sides. Lets you validate the customer-overlap thesis before committing engineering cycles.
